I am a dedicated customer-service and food operations professional with hands-on experience in kitchen operations and running a self-taught, small-scale food business. I launched and managed my food business, developed recipes, handled food preparation, cooking, packaging and customer service, and marketed products via social media to build a loyal customer base.

Previously I worked as a customer service representative in multiple retail roles where I honed communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. I prioritize food safety, consistent quality and teamwork, and I’m seeking a restaurant role where I can contribute my cooking and operations experience.
