I am a graduate with a diploma in Hospitality & Catering and have accumulated over four years of experience in the culinary field, primarily as a cold kitchen chef and kitchen supervisor. My journey began at Bryanston Country Club, where I honed my skills in food preparation and stock management. I take pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that every dish meets high standards of quality and presentation.

In my role as a kitchen supervisor at Bootlegger Coffee Company, I not only assisted in food preparations but also ensured that health and safety regulations were strictly followed. My leadership skills were further developed as I managed a team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that prioritized efficiency and customer satisfaction. Currently, I am expanding my skill set in a fast-paced call center environment, where I handle customer inquiries and complaints, showcasing my versatility and adaptability.
