I’m a hospitality and tourism graduate from Chinhoyi University of Science and Technology (2.1), and I’m driven by delivering attentive, friendly service. I’ve worked across guest-facing and back-of-house roles, from reservations and conference support to daily kitchen and service operations.
I created reservations for guests, set up conference rooms, and handled guest check-in/out while attending to guests and phone calls. I also planned menus and prepared breakfast and lunch lines, bringing consistency to food preparation and guest expectations.
More recently, I’ve supported operational control through stock taking, forecasting, inventory planning, and team building, while stepping into supervisory and management duties like shift arrangements and receiving/issuing stocks. I aim to grow further by combining service excellence with disciplined, efficient restaurant management.
