I am an organized, highly efficient kitchen professional with a diploma in Hotel Management and Catering and hands-on experience in institutional catering.

I managed food preparation, stock control, temperature monitoring, sanitation, and safe storage, consistently meeting hygiene standards and supporting efficient meal service. I also have prior experience driving passenger buses, maintaining vehicle logs, and delivering reliable customer service under pressure.
