At UPAEP, I led an internal HR platform from research and business rules through MVP scope, prototypes and release. It covers vacancy and headcount management, job descriptions, candidate tracking, an internal job board, contracts and digital records.
At APOLO SERVICE — LEGAL-TECH, I owned UX/UI for the platform's dashboard and landing page redesign, and built a documented design system with tokens and a Figma component library. I grounded the redesign in stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, user personas and information architecture.
I also designed Reciclaro end to end, using interviews, surveys and usability testing to inform its interaction design. I work in Figma across research, wireframes, prototypes and final UI, and apply accessibility standards and AI tools in research and prototyping.
