What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead complex, multi-stakeholder, donor-funded programmes where I can manage budgets and grants, strengthen governance and reporting, and use evidence from M&E to drive accountability and scale impact responsibly.

I’m a Senior Programme Manager and Researcher with over 10 years of progressive experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder, donor-funded governance and civic empowerment initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa. I lead work that turns empirical evidence into practical program decisions, helping strengthen movement ecosystems.

I’ve managed $6M+ portfolios, directed multi-country consortia, and administered high-compliance grantmaking facilities for 26 external organisations. At the Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism, I directed integrated operational workplans across 10+ donor-funded portfolios, supervised cross-functional teams of 13, and coordinated 18 partner organisations across Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa.

I design adaptive reporting and monitoring workflows for under-resourced grassroots partners, using Results-Based Management and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) to keep execution accountable. I also strengthen governance systems through milestone tracking, decision logs, standardized reporting templates, and documentation systems.

Currently, I’m serving as an Associate Editor/Programme Manager (Partnership) at DevReporting and as Founder & Lead Consultant at 1MediaEdge Innovations—delivering end-to-end project delivery and communication advisory. My focus is always the same: align stakeholders, de-risk delivery, and scale resources responsibly with clear evidence and strong execution discipline.
