I’m a results-driven Project & Program Manager with 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale public sector, justice reform, and healthcare projects across Nigeria. I focus on outcomes that strengthen efficiency, transparency, and service delivery.
Across my roles, I’ve led cross-functional teams end-to-end—from planning to delivery—while working with international partners including the World Bank and Ford Foundation. I’m comfortable owning stakeholder engagement across government institutions, NGOs, and development partners to keep programs aligned and moving.
In my current role as Programs Lead at Citizens’ Gavel Foundation for Social Justice, I spearheaded a Ford Foundation-supported judicial transparency project and developed and launched a case management system that improved justice delivery timelines across Oyo and Osun States. I also designed monitoring frameworks that improved project tracking and reporting efficiency.
Earlier, as Deputy Project Team Lead on a World Bank-supported healthcare initiative, I managed statewide operations and oversaw verification processes that improved data accuracy and accountability in health facilities. I’ve also trained and managed 300+ professionals, and I’m open to remote and international opportunities where I can drive measurable impact.
