What I'm looking for

I seek a senior program role where I can lead inclusive health and development initiatives, scale impact through partnerships and fundraising, mentor teams, and influence policy in a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

I am a program leader with over 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and monitoring health, education, and development initiatives with a strong focus on disability-inclusive programming and policy advocacy.

I have led multi-sectoral teams, developed strategies, secured funding, and built partnerships with government and NGOs to influence policy and improve program visibility, while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation for donors and stakeholders.

My work includes community-driven public health interventions, proposal development, M&E tool creation, and capacity building—demonstrated across roles from grassroots organizations in Nigeria to international program management in Washington, DC.
