Ayomide ARIYO-Oluwatosin

I’m a results-driven Project & Program Manager with 10+ years delivering large-scale public sector, justice reform, and healthcare projects across Nigeria. I lead cross-functional teams and implement digital solutions that drive system-level improvements in efficiency, transparency, and service delivery.

As Programs Lead at Citizens’ Gavel Foundation for Social Justice, I lead end-to-end delivery of justice reform and governance projects across multiple states. I spearheaded a Ford Foundation-supported judicial transparency project to strengthen accountability systems, and I developed and launched a case management system that improved justice delivery timelines in Oyo and Osun. I also designed monitoring frameworks to improve tracking and reporting efficiency, while managing key stakeholder relationships across government institutions, NGOs, and development partners.

Previously, as Deputy Project Team Lead on the World Bank-supported Zuma Health Trust initiative, I managed statewide project operations for performance-based healthcare financing. I coordinated teams across multiple LGAs, oversaw verification processes to improve data accuracy and accountability, and delivered weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to senior leadership.

Earlier roles strengthened my execution foundation through M&E, training, and data-driven reporting—including leading training for 300+ healthcare workers and improving data quality across participating facilities. I bring a hands-on, measurable approach to outcomes, and I’m open to remote and international opportunities where cross-sector collaboration and digital transformation are valued.
