I've led the 20-month replacement of Transneft's corporate integration platform at NEOLANT TENAX, migrating from IBM MQ and IBM Integration Bus to FESB. I coordinated roughly 20 vendor team members and 30 client stakeholders, delivering the first phase with 100+ integrations across 10+ enterprise systems through formal customer acceptance.
Across FACTOR-TS, I led integration analysis for the Central Bank of Russia's Unified External Interaction Portal and delivered VMware virtualization programs spanning infrastructure design, migration, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Alongside enterprise delivery, I lead digital products at UNCORE and own IT strategy and operations for YA-KAPITAN. I've delivered booking, payments, CRM, telephony, and AI support capabilities supporting 6,000+ bookings per season and 10,000+ customer conversations.
I also founded NEUROWEB, built a 5+ person team under an innovation grant, and delivered an AI moderation platform within one year. I bring hands-on program leadership across architecture, delivery governance, risks, dependencies, testing, operational transition, and stakeholder alignment.
