What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product strategy and delivery for video platforms, streaming infrastructure, creator tools, or technical products where I can bridge engineering, business, and customer needs.

At Vimeo, I owned the roadmap for the core video player and streaming infrastructure, delivering LL-HLS and WebRTC viewing experiences across desktop, mobile, and OTT for millions of users. I partnered with engineering on a multi-tiered caching architecture that cut annual origin retrieval costs by more than $2M while improving global playback performance.

I also built Vimeo's product operations discipline and standardized lifecycle frameworks, launch gates, planning cadences, and release readiness for 20+ engineering teams serving 200M+ users. My work spans video ingest, encoding, packaging, playback, accessibility, creator tools, APIs, and data-driven experimentation.

With a background in TV production and professional broadcast hardware at Blackmagic Design, I translate complex video technology into practical product strategy, workflows, and creator-facing experiences.
