I'm currently coordinating customer service and operations at Kene & Co, where I support senior leadership, oversee office operations, manage client communication, and handle invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.

Previously, I coordinated major works at Environ Property Services in the UK, supporting the COO, vendors, contractors, budgets, reporting, recruitment, and onboarding. I've also supported CFO-level administration and financial processes at Diesel Bro’s.

My customer service background spans UK, Australian, and South African markets, including renewals at OUTsurance, insurance claims at Outworx, and customer retention at CCI. I focus on resolving complex queries, managing escalations, retaining clients, and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.

With more than nine years of experience, I bring organised operational coordination, professional stakeholder communication, CRM and records management, and a practical focus on improving workflows.
