I am seeking senior leadership roles where I can drive large-scale digital and data transformation, build high-performing teams, optimise costs, and deliver secure, resilient services in regulated public sector or healthcare environments.

I am a results-driven technology leader with 30 years delivering complex, high-impact change across UK Public Sector, Health & Social Care, Housing, Justice, Insurance and Telecoms. I combine deep technical fluency in cloud, data, AI, ERP/CRM and cybersecurity with commercial rigour and calm leadership in regulated, safety-critical environments.

I have been trusted at board level to set strategy, stabilise operations, reduce cost and accelerate digital transformation at scale, managing multi-million-pound portfolios and teams of 200+ FTE. Key achievements include delivering £2.5m+ annual savings, rescuing and delivering Oracle Cloud HR & Finance unification, and implementing AI-enabled operations and LLM agents to improve engagement and throughput.

I prioritise turning strategy into outcomes by building high-performing teams, forming robust vendor partnerships, and delivering service excellence, resilience and cost optimisation. I also have broad programme leadership experience across national and international regulated deployments and have led sector-wide data platform initiatives used across the UK care ecosystem.
