I am a dynamic sales associate and AI trainer with hands-on experience in customer service, retail sales, and data annotation for AI training. I combine strong communication and critical thinking to translate complex content into clear, structured outputs.

In AI projects I create and evaluate prompt–response pairs, design and refine rubrics, and contribute to quality assurance for natural language understanding. My work focuses on improving model accuracy and safety through careful annotation and testing.

In retail roles I consistently met and exceeded sales targets while delivering excellent customer experiences at NIKE and other employers. I am organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling transactions and customer inquiries under pressure.
