I’m looking for a fully remote QA role where I can focus on manual testing, structured test planning, and clear documentation. I work best in organized environments with collaborative teams, and thoughtful communication. I also enjoy using AI‑assisted tools to streamline test script creation, regression outlines, and documentation.

I’m a manual QA specialist who focuses on delivering stable, high‑quality releases through clear communication, structured testing, and strong documentation. I work closely with Product, Engineering, and Scrum teams to validate CRM workflows, back-end processes, and multi‑system impacts.

I’ve improved QA coverage by introducing AI‑assisted tools like Rovo automation in Jira and a custom Copilot Agent that generates test scripts, regression outlines, and documentation. These tools helped streamline testing and reduce repetitive work.

Before that, I supported enterprise software through business analysis, requirements gathering, BRDs, use cases, and user documentation. With 20+ years across QA, release coordination, and functional testing, I bring a calm, organized approach to ensuring software quality.
