I’m looking for a role where I can ensure reliable software releases through rigorous testing, coordinate cross-functional milestones, and create clear customer-facing documentation—building on my experience with engineering workflows, documentation, and data-informed operations.

I’m a Quality Manager at Epic Systems, where I test new features and defect resolutions to validate software quality before customer deployment. I also author customer-facing product documentation and release materials, and I lead project tracking and milestone reviews with developers and stakeholders.
