I’m a Product Designer with a 2.5 yrs of full-stack engineering background, owning end-to-end UX for AI-driven tools, biometric systems, and B2B2C platforms. I translate ambiguous problems into clear flows, wireframes, and shippable UI without needing heavy oversight.

At Inventrik Pte Ltd, I’ve owned end-to-end UX for 5 product initiatives—research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and production code as the sole designer and engineer on each. I designed and built an AI Avatar Generator and an AI Greeting Card Generator, defining user flow for async AI-generation states and edge cases in the UI. I also led a UX-heavy redesign of a Contest Creation Admin Dashboard, restructuring multi-step, multi-type question workflows into a reusable, extensible component system.

I bring strong product judgment across design and engineering: I implemented a Face Recognition Authentication flow balancing usability (webcam capture, retry states) with security constraints, and I designed B2B2C Membership Purchase and Renewal UX across plan comparison, checkout, account status, and renewal states. Freelance, I led end-to-end UX for Xfluence (including an AI-assisted content review flow to reduce the brand approval loop) and EazHealth (an end-to-end doctor booking experience with 1-tap emergency booking and a streamlined, tiered-pricing + gender-preference flow).
