I’m looking for a Product Designer role where I can own end-to-end UX for B2B SaaS/health tech, build data-heavy workflows and AI-native features, and ship zero-to-one systems with autonomy and strong systems thinking.

I’m a product designer with 5+ years of end-to-end ownership on complex, multi-role enterprise B2B SaaS and health tech products. I specialize in data-heavy workflows, zero-to-one systems, and AI-native product design—shipping without oversight through strong product intuition and systems thinking.

At Hivel, I redesigned integrations and team management to be fully self-serve, cutting integration support tickets by 40–50% and reducing setup time for 200+ member orgs from 1–2 days to minutes. I also built analytics experiences like a dual-mode PR Analytics view, and created performance systems such as Hivel Score with DORA, SPACE, and custom metric weighting, followed by Coding Hotspots to shift teams from patching to fixing root causes.

I’ve owned trust and access from scratch—implementing RBAC across 5 roles and 32+ teams, building multi-channel alerting, and launching AI-powered Duplicate Profile Detection with one-action merging. Previously at Dentread, I scaled a design system used across 6 portals and 6 user types to 500+ dental organizations and 1M+ clinical images, and designed workflows that improved engagement and reduced imaging retrieval time from minutes to seconds.
