I currently support Khaos Control’s on-premise and SaaS ERP platform, resolving complex customer issues across SQL data, server environments, configuration, and user processes.

Previously at URIS Group, I developed and maintained SQL stored procedures, views, functions, and queries for a bespoke insurance-management system. I transformed third-party data, investigated issues, improved legacy-system performance, and supported regulatory desensitization.

Across 17 years at Forterro UK OrderWise, I developed reports, BI dashboards, notification triggers, and document layouts for ERP customers. I also prototyped cloud-based reporting and BI, optimised SQL queries, delivered custom reporting solutions, and provided second-line support within SLAs.

I bring hands-on experience spanning ERP, EPOS hardware, network installation, Windows Server administration, Office 365, databases, reporting, and technical support. I enjoy translating business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
