I’ve spent 20+ years supporting enterprise applications and business-critical production platforms, most recently as a Senior Application Support Analyst at ESG Global Ltd in Chorley. I designed and built PowerShell deployment and upgrade automation that cut release time from around 3 hours to 25 minutes, while improving consistency and removing manual effort.
On the platform side, I’ve investigated complex production incidents across ESG’s smart metering stack, traced end-to-end transaction flows to find root causes, and supported ETLs and controlled production data recovery. I also built Grafana dashboards with Microsoft Teams alerting for high-volume Kafka/Kubernetes applications, monitored Kubernetes deployments via Argo CD, and led technical onboarding plus UAT releases with CAB approval and rollback/validation plans.
