What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration role where I can support hiring managers, coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and maintain accurate confidential employee and candidate records.

At Bouchier Group of Companies, I coordinate full-cycle recruitment and HR administration across approximately 20 departments, reviewing around 100 applications and conducting about 20 phone pre-screens or interviews each week. I manage candidate screening, job postings, hiring events, pre-employment requirements, offer-letter preparation, onboarding, and accurate HRIS records.

I've also supported lending and automotive finance operations at Consumer Capital Canada, National OneAuto Finance Dealership, and Santander/Carfinco, where I reviewed financial documentation, resolved discrepancies, communicated with clients and internal teams, and maintained compliance. My background in administrative and accounting support includes data entry, scheduling, AP/AR support, reconciliations, filing, and financial reporting.
