I’m a motivated and dependable management professional with experience across retail, food service, customer service, and corrections. As a Shift Manager, I supervise daily operations, lead and coach team members, and focus on clear communication and problem-solving to keep service strong.

At KFC/Taco Bell and Bath & Body Works, I trained new employees, handled customer concerns, and managed cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Previously, I worked as a Correctional Officer, maintaining safety and security through security checks, emergency response, and detailed documentation—experience that strengthened my discipline and leadership under pressure. I’m currently attending New River Community College and seeking a management position where I can continue to grow professionally while leading a successful team.
