At the Independent Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC), I coordinated large-scale electoral projects across the Kareeberg Municipal area and Hantam Municipal area, supporting national, provincial, local government elections and by-elections. I delivered more than 12 projects while meeting strict legislative and operational requirements.

I recruited, trained, supervised, and supported more than 500 temporary staff members, and coordinated operations across more than 30 voting stations and other sites. I also organized training logistics and facilitated meetings with government departments, political representatives, community leaders, and service providers.

My work included procurement and financial administration, from budgeting and payroll processing to payment reconciliation. I prepared audit documentation and maintained compliance with financial and operational standards.

I also supported voter education and community engagement and captured and verified election results within national deadlines with zero reporting errors. I hold a Facilitation Training Certificate in Facilitation from Faranani and completed first-year BCom Human Resource Management studies at MANCOSA.
