What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client operations and service teams where I can build scalable workflows, improve customer experiences, develop staff, and support cross-functional operational excellence in a remote environment.

At American Expat Tax Services, I built and operationalized the Client Service Department, creating workflows, SOPs, and service standards for a high-volume tax services environment.

I led five Client Service Representatives supporting seven Tax Professionals and more than 500 client accounts annually. I coordinated workflows for 500+ tax return filings, served as the senior escalation point for sensitive cases, and maintained documentation accuracy and deadline compliance.

I've developed training resources and workflow documentation, coached new hires, and supported adoption of company-wide systems during an ownership transition.

My background also includes Spanish interpretation in healthcare and education, plus freelance executive and administrative support. I bring bilingual English and Spanish communication, operational consistency, and a client-centered approach to remote teams.
