What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee experience through strategic HR partnering, employer branding, wellbeing, CSR, and cross-cultural collaboration, while continuing to learn and grow.

At Henkel, I partner with Adhesives and Functions leaders across the Maghreb on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent processes, wellness, employer branding, and CSR initiatives.

Previously, at British School Algiers, I led recruitment, strengthened compliance and onboarding, and reduced employee turnover by 13% through targeted feedback, recognition, and retention initiatives. I also supported multicultural teams, employee relations, conflict mediation, work-permit processes, and staff wellbeing.

My experience across Algeria, Türkiye, and Qatar also includes digital marketing, HR operations, exam administration, and facilitating High-Performing Teams workshops. I enjoy building trust between leaders and employees and creating practical initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and employee experience.
