What I'm looking for

I'm eager to contribute to people-focused initiatives and organizational growth, particularly in people development, employee engagement, and talent management.

At ByteDance, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia, I supported HRBP activities, employee engagement, performance management, and daily people operations for 500+ employees. I also designed and executed 5+ engagement and learning initiatives.

I developed internal communication materials and campaigns, and managed and supported 60+ interns throughout their internship journey. I coordinated with stakeholders across Asian countries and handled HR administration and documentation.

At PUSPAGA Surabaya City Government, I facilitated psychoeducational sessions on family well-being, parenting, and child development. I also coordinated the deployment process for 300+ Indonesian healthcare workers relocating to Japan, including document verification and departure preparation.
