I built an end-to-end events workflow for inquiries, deposits, booking, staffing, and setup; during the period I implemented and managed it, event volume grew from about 1–3 to as many as 8 per month.
At Chocó 701 by El Potrero, I directed hospitality operations and coordinated marketing campaigns, with social reach growing from about 5K to 20K and bookings from 0 to about 6 per month. Earlier, I coordinated guest experience and marketing at Hotel Fiesta and worked in architectural design and project coordination at Solo Pedra Cia. Ltda.
