I’m an Operations Manager and Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience building business operations from the ground up across hospitality, construction, infrastructure, and business events. I coordinate projects, manage budgets, optimize workflows, supervise logistics, lead procurement, and develop operational systems that help teams run more efficiently.
Currently, I lead the operations of La Paila, an eco-lodge and regenerative hospitality project in Ecuador. I oversee business strategy, financial planning, construction projects, procurement, guest experience, marketing initiatives, and long-term growth—while also managing Airbnb operations, pricing strategy, customer communication, and service optimization.
Earlier, I managed heavy equipment maintenance and logistics for large infrastructure projects, including operations supporting work at Quito International Airport. I also coordinate technical execution of business events and leverage AI tools for research, planning, documentation, and operational workflows—so organizations can move faster without sacrificing quality.
