What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead responsible AI transformation where I can connect board-level strategy, governance, change management and hands-on delivery to create measurable, embedded business value.

I led AI health assessments and foundations programmes at INOVARA, helping six organisations identify readiness gaps and turn AI uncertainty into measurable business value. I designed governance committees, KPI baselines, portfolio reviews, AI Manifestos and RACI frameworks that accelerated delivery timelines by 35%.

I've co-founded AI-powered marketing automation platform CAPIO PRO and built CGIO Group from an auto-glass platform into a multi-market business with subsidiaries across Denmark, the UK, Germany, the USA, Indonesia, the UAE and Canada. I combine product strategy, customer insight, growth, P&L ownership, brand building and team leadership.

At GENISTAR, I led an AI-powered digital transformation programme and supported adoption across a network of more than 20,000 representatives. I bridge technology teams and business leadership to make responsible AI change practical, accountable and embedded.
