At Carnival UK, I lead AI transformation delivery, collaboration platforms, and enterprise automation for 10,000+ employees. I've delivered production AI agents, Copilot-powered assistants, and intelligent automation pipelines while coordinating technology, data, business, legal, compliance, and specialist AI agencies.

I established and chair the Enterprise Gen AI Council, creating governance frameworks, risk controls, approval pathways, privacy standards, and AI literacy programmes that enable safe adoption at pace. I also authored Carnival UK's three-year collaboration and AI strategy and presented it to C-suite and senior leadership forums.

Previously at Dyson, I owned the global collaboration roadmap for 20,000+ employees, managed £5m+ budgets and suppliers, and championed AI integration, digital literacy, and operational efficiency. Across Dyson, Sophos, Bible Society, and earlier technology roles, I've delivered global workplace platforms, Teams migrations, enterprise workflow automation, information management, and digital workplace strategy.
