What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support role where I can use my public relations training, hospitality background, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills to deliver exceptional service.

I've supported customers at Yusra Fast Food in Dar es Salaam, welcoming guests and accurately processing high volumes of food orders each day.

I listened carefully to concerns about service and food quality, resolving complaints professionally while helping maintain a positive customer experience. I also kept the front-of-house clean, organized, and welcoming to support customer retention.

Alongside customer service, I assisted with local marketing activities that promoted weekly specials and attracted new customers.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Marketing and Public Relations at the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy, and I’m seeking a remote customer support role where I can apply my communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills.
