I’m a claims and dispute handler built for construction liability claims, combining two and a half years’ experience resolving “damage, liability and disputed-account cases end-to-end” with consistently high performance (Elite performance status within three months; put forward for promotion).

Right now, I’m gaining hands-on, current understanding from live commercial construction sites as a Trainee Plumbing & Heating Engineer. I read and work to technical drawings and site specifications, and I apply “methodical fault diagnosis” to identify likely causes—an approach I use to establish cause and liability in claims.

Alongside practical site knowledge, I hold an LLB Law degree (2:1) covering “negligence, liability and contract,” plus evidence analysis and case preparation. This legal foundation helps me interpret policy and build “defensible written decisions.”
