I delivered bank feed and cash-management capabilities that achieved approximately 80% customer adoption and contributed to an estimated 60% reduction in reconciliation errors and support demand. I also led a post-merger Salesforce migration across seven acquired companies with 100% business continuity.

At Rebiz, I led a 50+ person distributed product and delivery organisation across the US and Pakistan, reporting to the CEO and Sales Director. I upgraded the Datacam computer-vision platform using TensorFlow and OpenCV to 99.5% accuracy, helping improve client conversion rates by 18%.

During 15 years at Doha Insurance Group, I built and operated core IT infrastructure at 99.95% uptime and led three Oracle-based insurance platform modernisation programmes. I bring hands-on delivery experience across Salesforce, AI analytics, Oracle, AWS, Azure, ERP, and distributed engineering leadership.
