I seek leadership roles where I can drive AI-product development, build high-performing Agile teams, and deliver scalable software solutions for international clients.

I am a senior software professional with over eighteen years of experience delivering products and leading engineering teams across AI, product management, and software architecture. I blend hands-on engineering (C#, VB.NET, Python) with product and Agile leadership to translate business needs into working software.

I have led AI initiatives, developed Python applications, and managed large product releases across international clients, including roles as Sr. Manager, Technical Project Manager, and Programme Architect. I established Agile/Business Agility functions, staffed and coached Scrum Masters and technical PMs, and standardized engineering practices to increase delivery quality and speed.
