In my current role as Head of Technology at Ace Money Transfer, I direct the technology strategy for a fast-growing financial services platform, overseeing digital infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, and data systems. I have successfully scaled my team from 9 to over 70 members, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and governance. My leadership in cloud strategy, DevSecOps, and AI/ML capabilities has been pivotal in enhancing digital maturity and platform resilience across global services.

Previously, as Head of Engineering at The Entertainer, I managed digital delivery for over 80 projects, establishing governance frameworks and QA practices to ensure reliable technology in regulated environments.
