Built and run a DTC Shopify store selling scene sticker kits and tools to US customers. Source all products from Chinese suppliers on 1688 and Taobao/Tmall, manage listings, inventory, branding, social media, and shipping from China to the US.

Sourced products for 8+ international clients in 6 categories, including bike and auto parts, car interior leather, dental products, security cameras, elevators, and door locks. Conducted on-site quality inspections and acted as a language and business bridge between clients and Chinese factories.

Sourced and purchased raw materials (stainless steel and inox) for production. Managed main raw material suppliers, compared quotes, negotiated prices and delivery terms, and followed purchase orders and deliveries to keep production supplied on time.

Sold home insulation services by phone to customers in France, entirely in French. Top seller in the team, promoted to Team Manager after one year, leading a team of 15 agents with daily targets, coaching, call quality, and reporting.

Joined a 5-year-old association and was promoted to Event Manager within one month and to Vice President the following month. Co-led 80+ members creating entrepreneurial projects for people in need and planned and managed 20+ events.

Completed coursework in Management Engineering, taught in China.
