What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Customer Operations role. I’m open to work-from-home roles and US-business-hours schedules, subject to role requirements.

Through direct sales with Forever Living Products, I generated approximately ₹3,00,000 in sales by engaging with customers and following up. I helped customers understand products and supported their purchase decisions.

I handled customer questions and follow-ups while building customer relationships and working toward sales goals. This work gave me practical experience in customer retention, objection handling and relationship management.

In academic and digital projects, I used MS Excel, MS Word, SQL and Power BI to organize, analyze and present information. I’m also building familiarity with Python and cybersecurity concepts, and I’m comfortable learning new customer support, e-commerce, automation and AI tools.
