I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end hiring and HR operations—sourcing, onboarding, BGV, and MIS reporting—while improving process efficiency and delivering strong candidate/employee experiences through compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a detail-oriented HR professional focused on talent acquisition and HR operations, with experience across the full employee lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding, background verification, and L&D coordination. I bring a strong candidate-first approach while driving operational efficiency through better processes and cross-functional collaboration.

In my current role as an HR Apprentice (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) at IIFL Home Finance Limited, I support end-to-end recruitment by sourcing on Naukri and LinkedIn, screening profiles against JD requirements, and coordinating interview cycles with hiring managers and panel members—managing up to 8–10 interview cycles per month.

I’ve onboarded 50+ new hires end-to-end by collecting and verifying joining documents and completing digital onboarding through Darwinbox and Zoho HRMS, maintaining 100% data accuracy and compliance. I also act as the primary HR point of contact for new employees, resolving queries on documentation, offer details, onboarding timelines, and company policies with speed and clarity.

I build recruitment pipeline trackers and onboarding MIS dashboards in MS Excel to provide real-time visibility for HR leadership, and I coordinate Day-1 readiness with IT and Admin (system access, assets, and workspace setup) to ensure zero-gap onboarding. I handle pre-employment BGV with verification agencies and support orientation/induction, benefits administration, L&D MIS reporting, and strict adherence to labor regulations and data confidentiality—while continuously improving templates, checklists, and communication SOPs to reduce manual effort and improve TAT.
