I'm leading Shopify, marketplace, quick-commerce and offline retail operations at Inaya Accessories, overseeing orders, dispatches, stock movement, returns, RTOs, NDRs, reconciliation, and customer issue resolution.

I've managed marketplace operations for Sparnod Fitness Equipment across Amazon, Trendyol UAE, Amazon KSA and Noon, covering listings, pricing, inventory, fulfilment, Buy Box monitoring, account health, claims, logistics coordination, and payment reconciliation. At Taali, I handled FirstCry, Cred and Amazon Vendor Central bulk PO operations, channel inventory, fill-rate monitoring, freight invoices, claims, and DN/CN reconciliation.

Across jewellery, FMCG, retail, manufacturing and service businesses, I've coordinated B2B, B2C, website, warehouse, logistics, vendors, and cross-functional teams using Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Trendyol, Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Uniware, Vinculum, and EzySlip.
