At YUDI AI, I led product, operations, growth, and GTM execution as COO, helping evolve a swipe-based AI companion into a multimodal AI Persona Builder across text, voice, and video.

I built a community-led growth engine spanning content, influencer storytelling, referrals, and events that contributed to 10K+ early users. I also oversaw migration to Google Cloud AI infrastructure using Cloud Run, Firestore, and Gemini APIs, while supporting real-time conversations through WebSocket and SSE architectures.

I work directly with founders to turn uncertain opportunities into GTM strategies, operating systems, SOPs, market research, and scalable execution. Through my startup work and consulting, I focus on product opportunity, positioning, partnerships, and AI-enabled workflows that accelerate decisions.

My background also includes AI research, data science and cybersecurity training, cyber fraud investigations, and evaluating innovation submissions for Smart India Hackathon. I translate complex technology into practical business decisions, investor narratives, and actionable systems.
