What I'm looking for

I’m open to enterprise data, BI, and production support roles where I can build SSIS/SSRS/SQL solutions and own reliable monitoring and incident resolution.

I’ve spent 4.8+ years at Infosys supporting enterprise data platforms, including DataStage and SnapLogic, keeping systems stable and issues resolved on time.

I build ETL workflows in SSIS to drive BI reporting and analytics, and I develop reports and dashboards with SSRS based on business requirements.

I write and optimize SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures in MS SQL Server, and I handle data cleansing, transformation, and validation using SSIS, SSMS, and MS Excel.

I also manage production operations—incident/problem/change workflows in ServiceNow, batch job monitoring with Tidal Automation, and troubleshooting with Unix/Linux basics—while working through Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
