At Tata Consultancy Services, I worked across ASDA command center operations, British Telecom Ethernet networking, and CoreLogic mortgage verification. My work combined enterprise monitoring, incident management, network route planning, and mortgage data verification.
For ASDA, I monitored retail applications, infrastructure health, and system performance with New Relic. I handled L1.5 incident triage and incident lifecycles, tracking tasks and defects in Jira and ServiceNow to meet SLAs.
I also built and tracked operational KPIs, incident backlog reports, and SLA metrics in Power BI. I coordinated critical incident bridges with engineering teams to resolve high-priority retail disruptions.
On the British Telecom project, I planned enterprise Ethernet network routes using JPPA, SolarWinds Orion, and GeoHub. For CoreLogic, I verified mortgage documents and underwriting data, reviewed title compliance, and validated property valuation records.
