At Entain, I governed P1–P5 incident lifecycles in ServiceNow and Jira across regional operations and a 25+ supplier ecosystem, including serving as the primary operational owner for Poker. I operationalised production-health checks and daily SRE alert triage using AppDynamics and Kibana feeds.
I also built tools to turn raw logs into interactive post-mortem reports and developed Python-based visual analytics for executive Power BI reporting. In personal projects, I built AI-assisted workflows and platforms, including SNOW Sentinel and TalentFlow, which placed third in the Be10x AI Hackathon for AI App Building.
