At VISION PLUS SECURITY CONTROLLIMITED, I provide L1 IT support for 100+ users in a Windows-based corporate environment with more than 90 devices. I troubleshoot desktop, hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
I prepare computers for new employees, including Windows installation and domain joining, and have handled SSD cloning or replacement for 20+ systems. I also manage Active Directory accounts and group membership, and provide shared-folder access and permissions.
My day-to-day support includes MicroSIP/VoIP and LAN troubleshooting, basic printer support, and routine Windows administration using PowerShell and WinGet. I maintain IT assets and daily checklists, and coordinate escalated issues with remote IT and network teams.
Previously, I delivered vocational IT-ITeS training at SIBIN LEARNINGCART PVT. LTD. and assisted with programming, testing, and hardware-software integration on Python, Arduino, and IoT internship projects at PLASMID.
