I’m a Jr. System Administrator with proven expertise in enhancing system performance and security, currently building strong operational continuity in a collaborative IT environment.

At WorkIndia, I install and configure server hardware and software to improve performance and uptime. I monitor network activity and system logs to detect and resolve security vulnerabilities, and I manage user accounts and permissions to maintain secure access.

I administer Active Directory accounts, including user profile creation and password resets, to support security and daily administration. I also collaborate with senior administrators to implement updates and patches, helping improve reliability and compliance.

Before this role, I completed a Network and Hardware internship and worked as an Executive – IT Support, where I installed network hardware, diagnosed hardware issues, documented configurations and network layouts, and supported Windows Server environments with user management and troubleshooting.
