I'm looking to contribute to organizational growth in industrial air compressors or automobiles through aftermarket sales, service leadership, technical support, dealer development, warranty management, and customer-satisfaction improvements.

At Luftomic India, I lead engineers delivering aftermarket sales and service for industrial air compressors across Odisha, West Bengal, and the North East. I build account plans, manage sales pipelines, support customers with technical guidance, and use CRM data to improve maintenance and breakdown response.

Previously, I improved dealership service processes at ELGi Equipment, Tata Motors, and Atlas Copco India through SOPs, training, warranty management, complaint resolution, and network expansion.
