I am a service and maintenance engineer with a background in electrical and electronics engineering and over a decade of hands-on experience in after-sales service operations for medical and lifestyle equipment. I have led regional service teams, implemented systems for data recording and analysis, and managed spare parts planning to meet service timelines.

At JSB Healthcare and OSIM India, I coordinated with sales teams, appointed and managed service centers and technicians, handled dealer settlements, and drove initiatives to liquidate bad stock and improve service SOPs. I have delivered product training, managed replacement cases, and produced monthly reports for management.
