At Earthful, I manage end-to-end post-purchase operations, coordinate support teams, and work with Delhivery, GoSwift, and ProShip to resolve dispatch, pickup, and transit issues.

I coach team members, monitor performance and case quality, and clear operational bottlenecks while protecting marketplace ratings across Amazon, Flipkart, and Judge.me. I also manage NDR data cleaning, return-to-origin reduction, refunds, returns, and customer reshipments.

Previously at inDrive, I supported customers in a global ride-hailing environment operating across 45 countries. I handled 115–130 chat interactions per reporting period, achieved a strike rate of up to 40.3%, maintained 7–10 minute average handle times, and earned CSAT scores up to 86.4%.

I've also onboarded more than 100 drivers daily with 98% approval accuracy, managed account requests, resolved passenger-driver disputes, and handled social media escalations. I bring practical experience in team coaching, customer operations, escalation management, and service-quality improvement.
