What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven Technical Support Representative (Contract) with 1 year of experience delivering email-based customer and technical support using Zendesk. I focus on resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
In my current role, I manage multiple support tickets daily through Zendesk, troubleshooting Windows OS problems such as software errors, driver failures, installation issues, and performance concerns. I also handle desktop and hardware support and apply structured troubleshooting to identify root causes and provide accurate solutions.
I’m particularly strong in account and access issue resolution, including login failures, account access problems, user detail updates, and application-related bugs. When needed, I escalate unresolved tickets to the relevant teams based on issue requirements and keep the ticket process moving.
I’m currently building foundational knowledge in Microsoft 365 administration, including Outlook, Teams, and user account management. Alongside my professional support work, I’ve been expanding my technical background through learning in cybersecurity and networking, plus introductory Python and HTML.
