What I'm looking for

I want to build my career in IT support. At Advan I already set up every laptop we sell and help customers fix software problems, and now I want that kind of technical work to be my main job.

I studied Informatics Engineering at UNISKA MAB and finished with a GPA of 3.50. Since then I have worked in computer service, broadband sales, printer promotion, and laptop sales, so most of my career has been about helping people get their technology working and understand it.
Right now I run the only Advan store in South Kalimantan. I set up every laptop before it goes home with the customer, fix first line software problems, explain warranty terms, and follow up with buyers after the sale. I have met the monthly sales target every month from February to September 2026.
Before that I promoted Canon printers for 14 months and handled after sales troubleshooting on site and remotely. Earlier still, I sold IndiHome internet and was later asked to lead a team of 10 as acting supervisor.
I have used Linux every day since 2015, and I enjoy reading system logs until I find what is really causing a problem. Now I am looking for an IT support role where I can do that kind of work full time. I am open to on site, hybrid, or remote work, and I am open to relocating.
